I am not an online learner and find online classes hard for me. However, this was very organized and easy to follow, we received multiple emails and reminders each week. I felt that this professor really cares. He was very helpful and quickly replied to my emails when I asked questions. Class is very useful and practical. I highly recommend him.

This was by far the best online class I ever took. It was a very interactive online class. The professor was very responsive, helpful and super organized which made the class easy to follow. He reminded us what is due each week and sent a reminder towards the end of the week. He also quickly responded to every email I sent.

I signed up for this class, to get diversity credit, I assumed it would drag and be boring. Ive been pleasantly surprised by how interesting this course has actually been. I really enjoyed taking this course, and I will definitely recommend it to anyone. Very useful knowledge.

Liked the class and loved professor Semaan. He was very understanding and easy to talk to through emails and video conferencing. My only regret is the class was not face to face. Cant wait to go back to campus without corona threat.

Cool class and prof. I am not an online learner so I guess that made it harder for me. The prof was very helpful though and quickly responded to my emails. Ended up with a better grade than I expected mid semester. I recommend class and prof.

The professor was incredibly understanding and was always willing to work things out and help when needed. Class is practical and the material will will help me in my life and profession/career. Clear setup of the class, easy navigation of blackboard although i would have preferred a regular and not online class.

This class did not turn out how I had initially anticipated; however, I enjoyed the experience. Ive learned useful information that will help me in both my career and personal life. Professor was sensitive to our needs under the COVID circumstances and was very responsive and organized the class well that it was very easy to navigate.

This is an important class that everyone should be taking to learn about communicating with people form other cultural backgrounds and also to learn more about themselves. It was very organized. Everything was easily accessible online, and the grades were updated regularly. Not all teachers do those things. Highly recommend.

Very kind and understanding professor. Although the class was online, he noticed when my participation diminished and i missed an assignment because something was wrong with me and my personal life; he took the time to reach out to me and even provided practical suggestions and help. Class not too hard but i had my own issues i was dealing with.

This class was virtually easy & online student friendly; the workload wasn't out of the ordinary nor highly excessive. The prof responded to my emails and questions very quickly and was understanding and kind. Overall, phenomenal course. I feel like the concepts I learned terminology I have acquired i will use in my life and future profession.

Professor Semaan did a great job and explained everything that was taught very thoroughly. Although the class was online Professor Semaan did the recorded lectures as if the class was face to face. I think everybody should take this class.

I took the class in the summer session (2020). The class was fully online. One of the best online classes I ever took. Professor was very responsive and quickly answered my questions, seemed always available, unlike some who teach online and never respond to you. Reminders of what was due for the week were sent a twice each week. Highly recommend.

I struggled after the class went online mid semester because of relocating and not having reliable internet access. Dr. Gaby was very helpful understanding and flexible. He was patient with my internet limitations and I was able to at least pass the class. Thanks, highly recommend.

This was my favorite class this semester especially before all of our classes went online after our spring break because of the corona virus. Dr. Gaby was very engaging and had fun activities every class. When we went online he recorded the lectures and communicated regularly with us multiple times every week. Very smart and engaging prof. He is super funny and cool. So far the class is my favorite, quite a bit of in-class activity. I aced the first quiz. Sample quizzes for the first quiz were very helpful.

First week of class still and I can tell this is a class I will look forward to coming to. Gaby is hilarious and makes the class fun unlike some boarding classes I have; time in class went by quickly. Participation and activities seems important. In the first class i had a lot of interaction with other students during the ice breaking activity.

I dropped this after the first day. Be prepared, he will start off this class by sitting in the back pretending he's not the professor. He will waste 20 minutes of your time doing this. It was very rude in my opinion. His experiment didn't have a point either; he didn't tie it into class. He also made a suicide joke. Not cool! Pick another class.

I liked dr. Gaby. I liked the class. The class is long but it is fun that most of the times it went so fast. Not hard to get an A if you work for it.
