Mr. Bialas is a fair grading, overall great professor. His class is very organized with clear instructions on how each week will work. He gives you 1 week to complete each assignment and the test questions are pulled from the reading that are open book. Overall I would recommend him and would defintely take his class again

Mr. Bialas was a good teacher. You definitely need to participate in class. He is a fair grader. Read the material and do the homework and you will do fine. He is approachable and communicates very well. His grading criteria is very clear. There is a bit of homework, but it wasn't too difficult. Overall, he does a good job of teaching this class.

Professor Bialas is a very good professor. Do the work and you will pass. You need to listen to the lectures, his talking points, notes, and the textbook. He gives some (not much extra credit), he puts it into his talking point lectures. There is a lot of work to do in this course. He has a "research" papers & discussions that are due each week.

Mr. Bialas is a good instructor. You definitely have to put forth the effort in his course in order to succeed. You actually have to read the book and do the required work, this isn't an easy A course, but if you participate, read each chapter, and do what he asks, you can get a good grade. I would take him again for another course.

Horrible teacher. Gave one sentence replies to my four page essays. Gives horrible instructions. Avoid this class with him. I have never felt the need to post on this site until now. DO NOT TAKE HIS CLASS!!!

This professor doesn't provide any constructive feedback or rationalization for grades. Course was: read text, answer questions at end of text, submit a paper based on another question. Tests are taken from obscure portions of text with no study guide available. Contact via email was not helpful as he provided no usable feedback. Unimpressed.

Absolutely horrible teacher!!! After the second week I started getting only 7/10 on my assignments...and no reason why. His only guideline was that it be 100 words and I met that requirement. When I emailed him, he said there were hidden requirements he never mentioned. Terrible grader. One of the worst teachers I've ever had.

I took his online Human Relations class and Marketing. Both were quit easy. He is very understanding and tells you exactly what you did wrong. I would take another class with him if I got the chance.

Had Mr. Bialas for marketing. Loved it. He has a lot of experience and definitely makes the world of marketing seem exciting and encourages thinking. Great course. Be sure to keep up with the reading but the book is great and worth keeping even after the semester is through.

Dan was by far one of the hardest teachers ive ever had. he is not helpful and does not care about his students. he doesnt teach the class very well and doesnt make sure the class is understanding what he is saying. dont take him!!!!

Took the class online but made sure I went to a couple live lectures. Great personality. Knowledgable. Uses real-life examples constantly to reinforce concepts. Funny. Approachable. Experienced. Don't worry too much about note-taking. Tests are timed, fast, open-book, and answers come STRAIGHT from the text so you better be a fast page-flipper!

Cracks funny jokes, explains things wonderfully, relates things to stories of his work experience. Does have difficult test but they are very helpful. Good class and great teacher!
