This semester with covid our class was online for the majority of the time. She tried her best to get assignments up but we mostly just had a couple quizzes (10 questions) each week and a few projects throughout the semester. Just do the work and youll get an A.

If not for covid, I would have loved her. However, she is not skilled in electronics so all of the students were incredibly confused the whole time. She is very caring and will let you turn things in late with no penalty. Make friends in the class so you can ask for clarification when you are confused which will happen often.

Best professor ever! Cindy is super chill and it's very easy to pass her class if you show up and do the work. There are no tests; just weekly assignments on Canvas, and you can retake them until you get 100%. Highly recommend!

No tests and online quizzes once in a while that you can take as much as you want. Mrs. Cindy is so sweet and wonderful! She brings in snacks every class and also does the best experiments! Super easy class and I 100% recommend taking her as a professor!

Amazing professor!! Gives lots of assignments but lets you retake quizzes until you get 100%, grades so easily and makes lecture interesting and fun! Beware group projects but they aren't hard by any means. Everyone has an A and she wants you to do well. 10/10 take her as a professor !!!

Ms. Cindy is by far one of the best professors at JMU! Her class is super fun and requires minimal effort. Her class consists of lots of fun experiments to help prepare you for teaching young students about chemistry and physics. As someone who never liked either subject before, Ms. Cindy made me find enjoyment in them!

Ms. Cindy is the BEST professor at JMU hands down. She doesn't give a textbook (you do read one book but there's only a class discussion on it) and believes in learning by doing, so the "tests" are open note/Google. She inspired me even more to be a teacher! You will have so much fun in her class with the art projects and science of the days.

She cares so much about her students and the material she teaches. She is so kind and really wants everyone to succeed. On the first day of class she asked me if I liked science. I said not really and she told me her goal was to change that. By the end of the semester I looked forward to her class and enjoyed science.

She was the sweetest teacher I have ever had. So helpful and such an easy class. She makes learning so much fun and is so helpful. Such fun experiments every class which she gets so excited about. Lesson plan notebook at the end of the semester which if you don't wait till the night before to do you'll do fine. Take her!!!

Cynthia is a gem- one of the most kind-hearted, passionate people I've ever met. She's sugar sweet, she adores her students, and she loves what she teaches. Took her for an honors service course and she started crying on the last day of class. Could not ask for a better human or professor. 10/10 would recommend taking her regardless of the class.
