Dr. Reeder is phenomenal! The negative comments are not her fault, because she is one of the best professors at BSU! I have had her as a student and have been her TA. She is very insightful, cares about student success, and definitely knows her stuff. 10/10 recommend and would take again.

I have been a student of Dr. Reeder three times. I find her to be personable, respectful, and very knowledgeable. I completely disagree with the negative comments and would recommend her without reservation. I have and still continue to learn a lot from her.

I don't know where some of that negative stuff here came from. She is so cool! And funny! I think someone got her name mixed up with someone else. Heidi is awesome! Class is interesting too.

Dr. Reeder is actually the best professor at BSU next to Marty Most. She is knowledgeable and cares a lot about her students. No tests, but lots of mini papers due. She is huge on participation so skipping class won't go well for you. She is clear about what she expects and really helpful when questions come up. Wish she taught more classes!

Heidi can't handle conflict with students, even tho she teaches conflict mgmt. Three of us were confused-- her comments were "Great work" but she assigned Bs & Cs. When we went to her office hours to find out her reasoning, she got defensive and told us SHE was the teacher, not us. She has a huge ego, so agree with her to get an A. Sad but true.

Dr Reeder is AMAZEBALLS! She can be a little unclear about assignments- because she wants her students to actually think about them- she doesn't put the usual formulaic stuff in play but if you NEED structure she's willing to give it. She's very insightful and classes are discussion based which makes the material more applicable and hands on. A+

Dr. Reeder is one of the best teachers that I have ever had. I have learned so much in all the classes I have had with her. Class participation in 471 is very important and when students lead discussion it really shows that everyone is learning the material. I would recommend everyone taking a class from her.

Dr. Reeder is one of my favorite professors. I've taken 2 classes with her now and they have both been fantastic. She has a true passion for the things she teaches about, and you can tell. Her classes are thought-provoking, and incredibly helpful with life in general. Take Reeder's classes or regret even bothering going to college. Seriously!

Dr. Reeder is an amazing human being who enriches the lives of anybody lucky enough to come in contact with her. She makes you work for grade, and grading does seem arbitrary at times, but so happy I took the class and look forward to taking another of hers. I honestly think the negative feedback must be talking about a different Reeder.

Heidi is truly an inspirational professor. I enjoyed my time in class and found myself looking forward to each class. It's by no means easy, but it is life changing! I would challenge anyone to take this class and anyone would be better off for it!

Heidi is easily the most hilarious and inspirational communications teacher I have ever had. She is passionate about what she teaches and her students. What I love most about her is that she is receptive to feedback and constantly looking for ways to improve herself and her teaching. She is wonderful. Wish I could take every class with her!

She is my absolute favorite professor at Boise State. She is helpful, there for her students when they need her, and gives the best feedback so that you do your best in class and also take the lessons you learn and use them in the said 'real world' you're supposed to get prepared for. She is the best and you should take her as much as possible!!

Heidi has been more helpful to my communication skills as a human being than any other teacher in my four year experience. She is funny, relatable, and well educated. I literally have senioritis in every class but hers. TAKE HER! She's freakin awesome.

I signed up for advanced interpersonal with Reeder-Stipp. I got a grad student. Kasha is a nice girl but knows very little about the subject matter. This is supposed to be my thesis class and I have someone who barely graduated herself a few years ago. The class is a joke. I will get an A but so will the jocks in the class who have done zilch.
