Good teacher, continually moves back the due dates of online homeworks, so if you miss the first one, youll still be able to do it. Take home tests, never takes attendance in class. Funny guy.

Second worst math teacher i have ever had. Annoying to listen to, the entire grade is the absurdly hard take home tests and gets mad when no one comes to class or pays attention.wonder why? He stands in front of what he write on the board while mumbling about the problem. frequently messes up his own examples.

Comment:

Best math class ever. Homework optional for bonus points on your final grade. Went at a very slow pace which was good because you were actually able to understand and keep up with the material. No need to cram before a test, namely because there really weren't any besides a few simple take home test. Awesome guy. Gave us a quite a few days off.

I took it because I had to, I would not take it voluntarily but it was ok for a required one. EVERYTHING was take home, the tests, the final, all of it. If you pay attention in class and can basically comprehend math it is a breeze.

boring but easy class, you would fall asleep in class if you don't sleep before you come to class. But fair take-home tests, make sure you do homework because it helps with the tests. The book is pretty good, most part of this class come from the book, note in class is a joke, just attend because it counts.

Really nice guy, makes some funny comments in class occasionally, just likes it when people will give him the time of day but if you don't show up consistently he gets frustrated. Will help you on the take-home tests (which all of them are) if you go in and ask, but they were easy anyway if you go to class.

seems like a nice guy but i'm baffled how he still has a job. took stats in high school and his class only confused and ruined all my prior knowledge. classes were boring but test were take home and homework was optional. overall, if you really want to learn anything about stats find an other teacher.

He really is a nice guy, but it is near impossible to follow him in class with all the studdering and tangents he goes on. Go to class, read the paper, play sudoku, and work your ass off on the take home tests and you'll do fine. Everything you need to know is in the book so just follow that. There's no need to pay attention in class but attend.

Juska's a really nice guy. Makes silly comments in class, says "if you're unfortunate enough to have to go on to calc" a lot. Homework isn't mandatory. He starts 4 thoughts before he finishes the first one, makes him kind of hard to follow. Does make some mistakes. Take home tests, but they're HARD. Doesn't like to fail people though!

A really sweet guy, but he just follows the textbook and doesn't really give you a good foundation for continuing in math. The tests are take home and they are HARD--a lot harder than anything covered in class. Very very lenient with homework.

Juska is a funny guy. Take home tests are easy. Lectures can get a little confusing when he stumbles over his words and mixes a couple things up on the board, but everything you need to know is in the book and easy to understand. Attendance is taken everyday, so you have to show up, but it's not that bad.
