Average. Took two classes with him Phil101 and World Religions. 101 was a lot easier than the religions class. If you show up, and pay attention you will do well. He assigns reading but you don't have to read because he reads it to you in class. Book is helpful for studying.

Awesome teacher, does ramble sometimes, but I learned a lot. Loves to tell stories and he is super hilarious. Must come to class, otherwise it hurts your grade.

John is a great professor. He can get off topic sometimes, but for the most part sticks to the lecture. There are 3 tests, and a final and that is all for your grade. He grades attendance so go and take notes! If you never miss class he adds .3 to your final GPA :)

Great professor. Has a unique outlook on life. If you don't miss a single class, he will add .3 to your final grade. Everything is based on your exams, of which you have 3.

John was late almost every day by anywhere between five and fifteen minutes. When the class is only fifty minutes long it is a huge chunk out of lecture/question time. One day he was late by twenty minutes because he forgot to run copies of the work for the day and the same day yelled at a student for forgetting her book and not being prepared.

He's an interesting teacher but tends to go on rants that aren't relevant to his tests. He gives out study guides that have pretty much all the information you'll need to know for the tests on them. You need to attend class everyday. He gives out all the information you'll need for tests in class or on handouts.

Mr.Fox is a great teacher. Very clear on the deadlines and what he needs on the exam. Laid back attitude, makes the class not too stressful even thought the topic are pretty tough. I love him and I will take more classes with him if I can.

Great teacher. However, if you are a christian, prepare to be challenged, but don't shun the battle. There will be areas where he is less than charitable, but it is an opportunity to practice the way of love. Oh, and I almost forgot. He looks like an older Bob Dylan! Talks like him too. Overall a great teacher, but if your christian, be prepared.

Just show up and take notes. Hes actually really funny and hold his own opionions on subjects without shoving them in your face and also loves when you have your own opinion too. He approaches everything very critically which is a refreshings way to look at things insead of just believng anything you hear.

He is a good teacher. Pretty easy. He basically reads out of the book to you every day, and there are a bunch of class arguments. And he gives a study guide that has everything that is on the test, so if you study all of the study guide, you will probably get a good grade in this class, seeing as the 4 tests are the only thing you are graded on.

If you like lots of rambling or lecturing, his class is for you. I zone out 80% of the time in his class. He says he wants student to participate, but if you do NOT think the way he does, he will immediately shun you out. And attendance is mandatory! You can get up to 3 absence. After that, every day is a deduct .1 of your final grade point.

Excellent teacher!!!! Attend class everyday and you'll get an extra .3 towards your grade... May not sound like much but it bumped me up from a 3.6 to a 3.9! His class can be a little slow at times seeing that he reads from the book the whole entire class period. Only wrote 1 2pg paper and had 2 tests. Fun teacher but gets to school late sometimes.

I took his logic class. It had a 450 point grading scale and 250 points (2 tests and 2 homeworks) were done within the last week and finals week. We literally turned in the last homework on the day of the final. The worst part was he did not think it was unreasonable to do this. I would not recommend him, ok teacher in class but crazy assignments.
