Genuinely such a caring guy. He's a little bit disorganized, but his lectures are engaging and so funny. He really wants you to do well and will give you multiple opportunities to do so. Only a midterm & final paper. Attendance not taken but nothing is posted online so you have to go. He will make you participate.

literally the best professor I have ever had in my life. he is HILARIOUS. he is extremely intelligent and the most caring teacher you will ever have. He wants you to learn and understand his material and makes sure you walk away confident in what you learned. He is an ANGEL. i love him so much

Crooky is so funny that he makes the material he teaches so easy to follow. There's a midterm and final that you will breeze through as long as you just pay attention in class and take the little notes he gives you. Make sure to back up whatever you say and have an answer when he calls on you! He's so much fun, I recommend him to all of my friends!

I picked this class because it sounded interesting and I needed the credit. I'm so happy I did because Crooky's class was hands down my favorite. Attendance isn't taken but lecture notes aren't posted so it's important to go. He engages the class and uses helpful scenario's to make the lesson easier to understand. Great class all around.

Wow was I impressed with this prof. Crooky carries a different approach on teaching than other professors which makes him so unique. His hypotheticals are hilarious & you will never not laugh in that class. You learn so much in just one lecture. He picks on everyone so do not take it personally... Crooky is so fun He's a great prof and includes everyone in class discussions (be ready to get called on randomly). He doesn't write down notes, so listen! Crookie is a great professor... just show up to class and pay attention and you'll do just fine. All we had was a midterm and final and didn't even have to buy the textbook for class...there are usually no assignments... he is a bit of a hard grader on the essays but overall he is great... very funny too might i add! take him you won't regret it!
