He was such a cute man! He was very nice, repeated things when asked. I took notes on my laptop and it was SO easy to keep up with him. His tests were straight from the notes, I never used a textbook. We ended up not taking a final or doing a book report because his wife got sick towards the end of the semester :(

If you appreciate history this is the class you need to take. Lots of notes, but he makes everything interesting. Lectures are not hard to sit through at all. Lets you know everything that will be on the test. TAKE NOTES

Hes on okay teacher. you must go to the class to get the notes. you stay in the class for about a full hour and 5 minutes. there is a 5-7 page paper due at the end of the semester. and a few maps u can find the answers to online. the only book u have to buy is a paperback thats around $30. he gives a studygiude but u have to do a bit more than that

I don't know why everyone likes him so much. lol. I mean not to be mean, but I thought he was rather boring... He just lectured read from his paper, and made me want to sleep. I made it with a B by just going over the study guide and doing all the required material... He's pretty easy, but boring...

He reads notes for the entire class period and you write...thats it. There is a 7 page paper for a grade and a map for extra points. Tests were multiple choice, short answer, matching and essay. Gave review sheets for tests.

Sporadically takes role. Threatens to delete absentees from class. Informative, clear lectures. Will ocassionally articulate his liberal viewpoints. Tests usually have 5-10 bonus points. Extra credit: 7 pg paper, map. Tests: not "easy," but you know what to expect. Nice review sheets.

Awesome teacher. He sounded more like a narrator when he was lecturing. He gave lots and lots of information, but he made everything interesting. His tests were straightforward from the study guide. Just make sure not to miss class because you will miss a lot of material. Also, take good notes!

I recommend him. You dont stop writing though. He gives you a study guide before the test that has everything on it. You have a book report but you have all semester to do it. And theres 3 map excercises that are so easy. Just take good notes and do your study guide and you should get an A.

Once again his class is very easy. He lectures a lot! but he does somehow keep the information interesting. You do have to go to class or you probably will not do well. He does not use the book for tests, it is strickly his lecture that is on the test.

Kondert hardly ever looks up from his notes. He has loads and loads and loads of info. Sometimes he'll share a story, but mostly it's lecture as usual. Maps are important. CORRECT SPELLING and CLEAR LABELING. Tests are multiple choice, MATCHING, and essays. Sometimes a bonus essay. 25 point extra credit assignment. Don't miss. TAKE NOTES!!

Be prepared to write notes all class every time. Hardly ever lets out early but did cancel a class or two. If you take notes and study thoroughly the tests are not too difficult. Gives bonus questions on every test (about 10 pts. per test). Also offers 25 extra credit points for a book review (do it early!).

Not a history fan at all, but I enjoyed his class. He's back teaching after he retired. Take notes in class and you will do fine. Take him up on his 25 extra point book review. It was really simple (only 2 pages needed). He's easy to get along with and understand, it shouldn't be a bad class for those who take it. Hope this helps!

His class is very easy and he's pretty cool. His class can be kind of boring sometimes though. He is the coolest Transylvanian-German professor that you'll ever meet.

Though I hate history, this guy made it an ok thing. He gives a butload of extra points and gives a study guide of everything(maybe minus one question,,) that will be on the test. Study his guides and take notes like crazy and an A is not hard.

ALL LECTURE! Be prepared that he does not stop talking the entire hour. However, if you go to class and at least make an effort to pay attention you are going to do great. He gives study guides before tests. He also gives extra credit assignments.
