A nice guy, although a bit of a dry lecturer. Tutorial assignments and old exams are very relevant to the exams, so study those alongside the slides and you'll do fine

Comment:
Tutorial solutions, and formula sheet get posted ridiculously late, so you don't know if you are doing anything right until the end. On board examples contribute very little. Memorize the slides and practise the tutorials + past exams, and you should pass

Comment:
Extremely enthusiastic about the subject. Helpful during office hours, and very patient. His notes are good, but you need to spend time studying, as he goes fairly fast during lecture. Always willing to elaborate on a topic. Very friendly and willing to share his advice and experiences with academia. Great professor and great person!

The course is talking about elec property of materials. So you will find out many things are already covered during high school chemistry. The prof himself does not explain things really well especially for complicated theories. Suggestion to get a high mark: DO past exams, and you will find 50% questions are similar. Tuts are kind of useless.

Missleading, not keeping his word and not well intended regarding academic integrity of his students. Confusing explanations during the course lectures and not trust worthy in keeping his word regarding marking and final exam. If possible avoid otherwise your average is going to be hurt.

Comment:
Worst electrical prof ever. The course was erratic and poorly taught. The midterm and final had almost nothing in common with the course material. Nothing was marked until after the exam. He lied to the class about the course average. The only reason I passed was because we launched a formal complaint that led to an assessment of the course.

It's clear to me that this man has no interest whatsoever in education. His slides were literally plagiarized from a textbook (that was not assigned to the course). He fakes caring about his students so they don't complain about him to his superiors.

Nice enough guy but a joke as a professor. Pretty much useless lectures, just study the slides and tutorials and you do well. Worst part is he took over a month to mark and return the midterms, kept saying next class and would show up empty handed. Also, its past Christmas and still no marks for the final. Very inefficient.

There are no ways to describe the uselessness of this man. A first class low rate ( teacher) who should be held accountable for his inability to mark papers on time and then lead a class in higher learning.

Unclear explanations, terrible exams, nearly incoherent, incredibly irresponsible. Today is the final and midterms have not been marked. No prep suggestions for final exam. Doesn't give a lick about students.

Very helpful prof. Fair. Course is not as easy as it was in previous years. Everyone did fairly well at the end due to easy marking by prof/TA.

This guy is absolutey the worst in the ECE department. He teaches off of power point slides that he has made himself, can't speak english, and his lecture topics are totaly random and has no structure. As a result, u'll have no idea what he is talking about. 7000+ a term for this??? what a cracker
