Ted doesn't use any technology whatsoever so get ready to show up to class and read the book. He also took attendance in every class. midterms and the final were a litttle tricky since he uses the pre-made questons from his textbook but nothing scary. we also had reflection papers that were a great grade booster. he's pretty funny and seems to care

I went into this psychology 101 class very confident with lots of love for psych, considering I wanted to major in it. He basically tells you to read the book chapters 1-8 at home and then lectures the whole class. His lectures are interesting but he gets off topic a lot and goes back and forth with his thoughts!! 2 papers, midterm and exam.. tough

Many people dislike Prof Wright simply because his class is not easy. Why isn't it easy? Because he doesn't do slides. He wants you to read the book and memorize the information (i.e. you actually learn). If you aren't a great student, then he isn't a great prof. If you are serious about learning, you will pass with flying colors in his class.

It's very hard to do good in Ted's class. He has 0 online resources and doesn't post your grades anywhere online, making it really hard to keep up. He ONLY does lectures, which in my opinion are useless since the lecture material isn't on the midterm or final. His lectures are also boring and pointless. I taught myself this entire class. Just bad.

Ted Wright is a boring, dull, lifeless prof. He rambles on about nothing and doesn't cover any psychology material in class. There are no notes posted online and there is no slideshow included in class. 10/10 would NOT recommend.

He seems nice enough and I think he knows his stuff, but he is a horrible teacher. He spends more time going off on tangents that mean nothing than he does saying anything semi-coherent. He doesn't seem interested at all in teaching in an efficient way to actually help his students, he seems too full of himself to bother. Avoid or suffer

Dr. Wright doesn't believe in technology, he makes that clear. No PowerPoint or notes posted online. You need to attend class 100%, even if you read the textbook (which is required). If he mentions something in more than one class, it's on the exam. He's a great character though, funny guy. I actively seek out his class. Sit in the front!

Slightly offensive occasionally, but take it with a grain of salt and you'll probably find him kind of funny. Warning: He doesn't post ANYTHING online. I suggest going to lectures and taking notes. However, they can feel long because he just talks, no visual stimuli, and he tends to go off on tangents. Midterm was easy, all multiple choice.

He does not use powerpoints and does not post notes online. He is scatter brained but his lectures are very funny and you can tell he is passionate. Attending lectures is necessary, some questions on exams are based only on what he said in lecture. Reading the textbook is also necessary. Stay ahead and read the chapters before class!

Dr. Wright is a very confusing lecturer. It's incredibly difficult to take notes or even really understand his train of thought during class, as he often gets very side tracked and goes off topic. Tests are terrible and the questions are random, although he marks pretty easy. Really nice guy to speak to outside of class, but a terrible professor.

Ted is a bit scatter brained, but every word that comes out of his moth is enlightening. He can say some things that are borderline offensive, but most students just laugh it off. What is expected for midterms and exams is somewhat confusing, and never given with clarity.

Professor Wright was an interesting professor to say the least. Say what you want about his teaching style (lectures without power points or resources online). The concepts he taught stuck because he made connections of the material to real world or personal situations. Make sure you eat your kale and walk around sometimes.

Dr. Wright was my least favourite prof for all of my first year courses. He rambles about nothing, and calls PowerPoint's "a pathetic way to teach". Completely unorganized, and usually late for class, with very little motivation. Overall terrible prof and should be avoided if possible.
