research methods was far one of my hardest classes, i had friends in the other classes and they didnt complain about their workload. She did go over the topics well but overall it was hard to maintain a good grade.

Professor Bukatko makes you work for her class. She literally said in class "I don't give out high grades". Her workload was tough and class was pretty boring. I wouldn't recommend at all.

Prof. Bukatko is so sweet and really cares about her students, but she doesn't make it easy. The class was a seminar so there was a lot of reading to be done for each class (books or articles from Moodle), and 2 students were tasked with directing class each week. Participation matters, a few small papers, and one long final research paper.

Prof. Bukatko is very sweet and cares about her students and her subject material. She offers students the chance to attend office hours for draft reading and editing which can really help with grades down the line. Take advantage of her office hours and your paper grades will reflect your effort. All in all an interesting class with a good prof!

Her class is tough. The course material is interesting but when it comes to taking the exam, she words her question in a way that makes you think in a whole new direction. During office hours, she can be helpful but a lot of the times she just says what incorrect or correct. She also likes statistics, not opinion! It's her way or the highway.

Prof. B is such a sweet lady, but her class is without a doubt a challenge. She loves to engage with her students and is passionate about what she teaches. Papers are usually long but not difficult to write because the topics are usually very compelling. I didn't agree w/ some of her views on society but overall she is open to new perspectives.

She loves stats and really cares about making sure everyone understands. Lectures although long are not usually boring. She is a very fair grader (has added extra credit when test average was low). Prepares you extremely well for Research methods. If you read the textbook along with attending class you will be fine.

A very unhelpful statistics professor. Spent no time elaborating on or explaining the material. Did a poor job of answering conceptual questions. Contradicts herself and the textbook. Insists on the importance of programs like SPSS and Excel, but fails to teach you how to use them. There are much better professors here.

One of the best female professor. Always available and willing to help, want you to succeed. She was my adviser and I had many classes with her. very encouraging, but also challenging coz she wants you to learn. She expects a lot from you, boosts your critical thinking. so you have the do the work.
