Horrible teacher. Every day I drove to EKU for class she would say she had a headache or she was sick. Then in the grade book all our assignments were worth 100 pts each or around there, to find out that at the end of the year they were all worth a 100 pts in total. She was so lazy and behind we didnt even take our 3rd exam and it ruined my grade.

Since "BP" is more of the lab for math, we pretty much worked on homework. Dr. Yoder would often ask us about the content we were learning and would even print us off worksheets if we wanted practice problems. She was so helpful to explain farther in detail on what we did not understand.

She would never put in homework assignments or tests on time, os you never knew what your grade was. Her tests were difficult to understand, she's a horrible teacher, doesn't tell you what you're learning just pulls problems out and starts working on them. I have no clue what went on the entire semester and I went to class every time.

Dr. Yoder is an amazing math professor! This is the first semester of the P section of this class. It is a "support" class to the actual class. If you show up and do your homework which is not a lot you will pass. Skip class and you will fail. She truly cares about her students and wants you to succeed.

This class was ridiculous. I am good at math and struggled wit this class due to her being so unorganized. She says she will do a lot of things, test retakes, extra homework, review questions, and never follows through. Would not recommend her at all.

Dr. Yoder is okay. I am not very good at math and the class wasn't extremely hard. At the same time, it wasn't easy either. She's nice, but can be forgetful. I had a very good lab assistant so that was very beneficial to me. When you do note cards, take them seriously. She grades them.

The class itself was hard for me at least because I struggled with math in high school. I went to her office once when she was offering to help whoever showed up and all she did was watch me solve problems I didn't know how to do, which didn't help me at all. I used Hawkes and Khan Academy to help me learn but it didn't help. Neither did she.

I had Dr. Yoder for my orientation class and she is my advisor as well. She never emails back and usually blames the student, saying that they never even sent an email to her. More often than not she is not in her office during her office hours. Impossible to get a hold of. Don't know how she has a doctorate, she is an awful advisor.

The class is a lot of work. Big projects, and tedious mymathlab. Don't get behind because it is so hard to catch up on all the work. She is willing to work with you though. Let you come in and work with her.

I felt this class was pretty easy. She jumps around a lot between topics, which makes it a little hard to grasp at first. But she always makes sure we understand everything before the test/quiz. She does give a moderate amount of homework. Overall, I think she's a good teacher and helpful to students.

Dreadful! I really do not know how she became a teacher or how she was hired as one! She doesn't teach just mumbles and jumps around leaving everyone confused. She posts stuff on Bb at the last minute right before its due, doesn't relpy to email until its too late, and doesn't give grades so you have no idea what your grade is! DONT TAKE HER CLASS!

This is pretty much an online course. Dr. Yoder lectures for a bit at the beginning and then you have the rest of the class period to do the assignment, and its due the next week! No textbooks are required and she will help you with ANYTHING you need help with! She has made me understand concepts so much more! Love her!

She was awful! She absolutely does not teach. She hands things out, and you have to teach yourself. She goes over things in class, and half the time the answers she's giving her students are all wrong. Do NOT take her!! This class should not be hard, but she makes it that way!
