Good class. She's a really inconsistent and sometimes can be a tough grader. We only had one big paper at the end of class and she screwed me and others because of the inconsistent and tough grading on that alone. The quizzes aren't too bad. You should be able to find everything in your notes if you pay attention. Wanted textbook but never used it

Very helpful and resourceful. A lot of people do not like her, but I thought she was a very good instructor. She is a tough grader, but if you ask for help on assignments there wont be any issues. She is always trying to better grades.

Attendance is not a separate grade but you do get graded weekly for participation so in that sense attendance does matter. Sometimes I feel as if she is a bit absent-minded. Dr. Floether is very kind and provides a great class room environment with interesting discussion. I would recommend her.

Her lectures are very much all over the place. When questioned in class she often replies rudely and in a condescending tone. Really wished she added lecture notes for an aide in class to help as an aide to focus in on the material. As an individual she is very nice but in class she is very difficult to follow.

Dr. Floether is very nice person, however her teaching techniques aren't as great. Her lectures are simply taking notes as she speak, which she often dislikes to repeat herself. Her test usually have nothing to do with the material from the class. Her point system is not so good and she usually gives majority of the class a C-

Dr. Floether is a wonderful professor and human being. I have had her for multiple classes and have enjoyed each one I've taken. As long as you show her you're trying to do your best and making an effort, she is willing to help anyone. She clearly states expectations and gives guidelines for each assignment/test. Take her class!!

Professor Floether was a good professor when I first transferred there from my other school. But taking her again this semester has been kind of a nightmare. She is very rude when students ask her questions. She expects us to know what she knows. Her tests NEVER make sense and there have been numerous times where she had to give points back to us!

I love Dr. Floether she has been my advisor and she is very willing to work with you if you need it. With that said the tests dont make any sense and she never bothers to mention the textbook but expects you to have already read the entire thing. Some times she can be unprofessional. For my class she was late to every single one which I didn't like

Absolutely love her! She is so passionate and caring and friendly! She loves to have students over for breakfast (if you can drag yourself out of bed. she gets in around 6:00). always willing to talk about anything, not just your assignments. Will look over your papers before you submit to help you as much as she can! If you try, she will know.

Her grading system is terrible! she takes alot of points off for small errors. She is never clear about what is on the test, and then belittles you when trying to ask her a question to understand. her tests are impossible, and she gets mad when people fail instead of trying to help people learn better. Do not take her if you want to pass college.

Floether hates when you use computers for stuff other than class and she'll call you out on it. And she hates it when your late to class and interrupt her. She loves to talk about her grandkids and brings them to class sometimes. Her tests are hard but I always learn a lot in her classes.

She is a very nice and interesting teacher. She doesnt explain whats going to be on the tests though which is hard. Its a fun class but be prepared to do papers off of journal articles ( not fun at all )
