This is class was amazing. I learned so much information by the end of the semester. If you want to do well, get a copy of Tim White's The Bone Manual and go to lab hours. Also, try to participate as much as you can in class.

Really knows what he's talking about. He's such a nice person. Although lectures can sometimes be dry, the course material is interesting and the labs are helpful. Tests can be challenging but they are curved so that like half the class gets As. Highly recommend going to TA office hours.

This prof knows everything possible about skeletal archaeology! He has study days in class where you can study with your friends with the material. He hands you the notes so you only have to use the text has a reference. He truly cares about his students understanding the information. Make sure you go to labs. If you do--you'll ace the class!

Professor Milner knows his stuff when talking about the evolution of culture of native Americans in the eastern woodlands. He tests from the notes and his curves are very generous the book its more of helping you study then a requirement however

Going to the lectures, printing out the powerpoints, and reading the book helps. It's not a difficult class really unless you don't put much effort into it.

Great speaker and his lectures are enjoyable, though you don't have to attend them all. Most of what he talks about are avaliable on the slides on ANGEL. However, his tests are harder than they would seem, so it is advised to attend the lectures.

In Anth 2, he made things easy by putting the notes online--always a plus. Skip the day on syphillis and yaws--the pictures are nauseating. In Anth 411, he made what could have been a grusome subject interesting. Just make sure you know you're skeletal structure.

This class is really boring and class never seems to end. Do not take this class but if you must, just get the notes offline and spend the time in class doing something more productive, like doodling.

Dr. Milner is a clear speaker who makes what could be a boring toipc interesting. Despite what another person said, if you go to class, the tests aren't hard, and all the notes are online. The sections are cool as well. A good class all-around.

More people in this class sleep than listen. All he talks about is himself on his expeditions and what he did as a grad student. Really boring. Don't ever try and take notes either, he goes way too fast.

Maybe it's because I'm not an anth major, but I found the class pretty boring. Most of the lecture involves powerpoint presentations of pictures of him on various digs. Grade is based solely on midterm and final grades in lecture and lab.
