Comment:
I took Fluids with Dr. Huang. You can tell that he does not want to teach the course. The entire lecture consists of him looking at the slides (from the book's publisher) and reading the information verbatim. Don't get me wrong, he's probably a nice enough guy, but he ruined Fluid Mechanics for me and made the class not worth it.

Took Jan Huang for fluids or FRUIDS as he would say and boy does this guy suck. cant understand a word he says and im not sure it would matter if you could because of his lack of knowledge of the material. His lectures can be funny because he doesn't know what the hell is going on at points. The class average was poor so he used a heavy scale

Can be difficult to understand. He just goes over power point slides that are exactly similar to the book. Gives pop quizes and hw at the end of each chapter. 2 test plus the final. Open notes/book for quizes and tests. Test averages were around a 60 so he scaled the grades. Need book for hw probs. Group slice project due the at the end of semester

this guy is insane. you can't hear him, tolerate him, or figure out why he uses complicated formulas that give more than 40% inaccurate details of heat transfer!!!
