DO NOT TAKE THIS PROFESSOR! She is absolutely horrible! She expects you to complete assignments perfectly, if you do not you will receive no better than a D in her class. Every day that I log in to complete one of her assignments I get mad at myself all over again for choosing her class! DONT DO IT!

This has to be the most difficult instructor I have ever taken in all my years in school. I would not advise to take this teacher. Discussion 500 words, response to classmate 150 words. Why if I were in class are you counting my words. My most stressful class. If you want to finish DO NOT TAKE THIS LADY.

AWFUL PROFESSOR. I am a senior, and this is the first time I have ever encountered such a horrid professor. DO NOT TAKE HER COURSE. I am a 4.0 student, I take my work seriously and work my butt off. Just finished the semester with this professor and it was probably the most difficult class I have ever taken. Extremely vague wording of the questions leads to confusion. She required discussions to be between 500 and 750 words so I did my best to keep it under the limit but it never was good enough. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Currently taking this class as a 4.0 gpa student. I have never taken such a difficult class. All of her questions are vague, however she expects you to understand what her questions mean in specifics. I have never had such a tough grader on discussion post. This teacher does not do an good job as a instructor; her instructions are complicated and grades tough. Being a tough grader wouldn't be a problem if she graded things in a timely matter so that one could fix mistakes before the next assignment. Students are pretty much left on their own throughout the semester with late feedback. Take at own risk

I wanted to take this class because I have a minor in Communication, I thought this would be an easy elective to take online. If you are thinking about taking this class as an easy elective. GO ELSEWHERE. Her questions are very vague, and her quizzes are tough. Ive never had a professor more picky about discussion boards than her. DON'T recommend

She is a tough teacher. Only way to pass her quizzes is to read the chapter multiple times. She recommends spending 8 hours a week on the course.... The weekly writing assignments are hard to make better than a B or a C on. Would not recommend this class with her to anyone.

Dr. Graham is an extremely intelligent person. She has a ton of knowledge to give to her students. However, she can have trouble getting it out. You have to work in her class, just to keep up. The test questions are very vague, but she asks for specifics. If you work hard (and have a little luck) you will get an A. Slackers need not apply.

This was the most difficult "easy" class that I've ever taken. I get A's in all my English classes, both upper and lower division, but I got a B+ in this class. I'm not complaining though. If I could do it over, I would take Allison's class again. She is fair. That is what I want in a boss and Allison's class helped me raise the bar.

Professor Graham is very intelligent, but she is not always clear as to what she expects out of her students. Also, lectures seemed to be made up as she goes along, and the lectures just go all over the place, and there is no clarity to be found. Given a choice, I would not take a class of hers again.

Avoid her section at all costs! I normally love going to class, but she made me want to skip every week. Her "comm" class is a joke. DO NOT TAKE HER SECTION! She has no business teaching any class, let alone an HONORS SECTION!

This was a horrific class. I took it because I thought intro to film might be interesting, but I was thoroughly disappointed. I wrote over 20,000 words for prof. Graham and somehow recieved a C. I am a very good writer, and a movie buff. I've had straight A's in all my English classes. Professor Graham is not a good instructor on any level.

Worst class I've taken yet. I took into to film as an elective because I thought it might be fun. I was thoroughly disappointed. I'm a freshman. I wrote over 20,000 words for prof. Graham and got a C. I know my papers were not bad, I'm an excellent writer, and a fan of movies. Terrible teacher!

Horrible teacher! This was my last semester and whenever i asked a question she told me to refer to the sylabas which is what i was asking about most of the time. Prof. Graham is the worst instructor I have ever had. She indicated on several of my papers that I needed help with my writing; however, she was the only instructor who had a problem with the way I write. Prof. Graham, I managed to get an A in both: English Comp I and English Comp II. Maybe you need help with your attitude and your grading scale

I'm even a major and can say that this class had nothing, NOTHING to do with the material it was supposed to. Marg is a horrific teacher. If your views are not similar to her you will fail the class. If your words are not favored by her you will fail the only grades you get which are journals. Lectures are boring and liberal. Her way or the highway! Nothing's clear but the grade at the end of the assignment mostly a D. And she hates men ALL STUDENTS BEWARE
