Easy A. The guy obviously knows a lot, but he's just going through the motions. The grade is based on two 500 word papers, a midterm and a final. You get study guides and lots of time to study them.

There is a disconnect between the lecture and the difficulty of the papers and exams. The lectures are really relaxed Mellor makes the class seem really easy. But the graders are really tough. Most people got B's on the first paper as a result. The lectures have no point...just read and you will be fine.

He has fun lectures, but they are not that relevant to the tests. Anything you need can be wiki'ed anyway. Some slides go by fast so you might want to bring a camera to class.

Mellors lecturing could be followed word for word out of the Rome travel guide or the Reader. His lecturing is clear but has no real insight, just guide book verbatim even though he acts as though they are his own thoughts and ideas.
