Comment:
Taking his classes online was difficult. He schedules his exams during the most inconvenient time, OUTSIDE of the scheduled lecture time. He literally uploads videos of him reading a notes sheet as a lecture. The concepts are complicated & difficult and he is not very helpful when explaining them unless you ask a VERY specific question. Frustrating

He is very very fast paced, skips steps within his examples because he expects you to already know it. Terrible notes and handwriting. Over 50 problems on the homework every week or few days.

One of my favorite teachers. I can see students not liking him if they expect the material to click instantly and don't have a strong algebra background. His help outside of class has been a big proponent of my understanding of the material. My tip would be to look over the section he plans to cover that day in class and it'll make things easier

He teaches difficult classes so you need to prepare yourself for the material to be difficult. That being said, he explains the material well and is good at helping students understand outside of class one on one if they didn't understand during lecture. Very understanding of issues students may have like little time and curves tests a lot.

I disagree with most of the reviews he got. You had to know some basic trig. and algThe h/w and quizzes basically don't count. If you get an A on a test you get an A in the class. Also he curves his tests twice by taking the most missed ? off the tests but still allows you to keep the points for it then he curves those grades for the entire class.

Very poor teacher. Expects you to know the material before the semester begins. Won't help you in or outside of class to understand what the material covers. Has a holier than thou attitude towards his students. AVOID.

He is kind of a dork. Overall, he is nice. He does expect you to know your algebra but as a college student you should already know it anyway. O and he has a bed sense of humor.
