Hybrid class. 5 tests. I find her lectures a bit unnecessary because the tests are over any handouts she gives and the powerpoints (based on chapters from the book) she posts online. Sometimes she'll have a powerpoint that is different and be sure to take notes or pictures because she flips through slides fast.

I took Professor McKay's 3369 class alongside this one. This class was similarly structured. There's quite a bit of homework involved and a fair amount of exams which are not too difficult. Group project is a huge portion of the grade and involves over 5 group members. Take the project seriously and you'll do fine.

Professor McKay's class was once a week and up to 3 hours long. The homework was very simple and so were the tests. Be sure to to pick reliable partners for the group project which is the most important part of the grade. Take it seriously and you can easily make an A.

Very nice professor and fairly lenient in grading. Lectures were powerpoints and she included her own personal stories. Online exams and in-class written exams. The homeworks were various surveys found in the textbook, I personally enjoyed completing them.

Her curriculum was very easy to follow which consisted of 5 exams which are online ( strictly Textbook questions) and the written portion would be done in class that came from an additional book (easy to read) and video. The homework were easy surveys where you write comments on your results and finally your project which is about you.

Prof. McKay is an outstanding teacher who both understands the subject and genuinely cares about the students she teaches, which is rare. There isn't much participation in the class because she lectures the entire time, but they usually aren't boring. Several interesting videos to watch in class, and most of the homeworks are fun quizzes to take.

she is a very helpful professor! She follows her syllabus to a T! It gives you the advantage of doing the work early and turning it in early! She does assign a personal project which is easy as well! Attend class to find out what is on the written portion of the exam. Online 75 question multiple choice is easy to find as well! Overall, enjoyable!

Lectures full class period, but she is very sweet. She is older, so she can be a bit monotone. All slides in class are put online as well, so reading the text isn't really required. Homework consists of surveys mostly, and 1 major project at the end of the semester done on power point that's very easy. Gives printed study material for tests.

Looong lectures. Homework assignments are easy, tests are easy and textbook is needed. The business plan project is a group project including 3 people and is long and takes time.

Easy class, just do the homework assignments (she lets you turn in weeks late without penalty) Tests are easy. Advertising campaign project is easy if you have a good group, she gives you time each class period to work on it. The Campaign project workbook is not required!! The regular textbook is needed for tests though.

2 tests, super easy. She gives you the study guide which is exact questions from the test and tells you other material that will be on it. The personal project doesn't take too long and is pretty simple. The People Code book is a "required" book but you really don't need it because she tells you what is on the test without needing to read it.

Lectures are long but can be interesting. Test review are good but too long (your know where to find the answers tho *wink*). Personal project is a pain. Overall easy course but you have to work to get an A.

Ms. Mckay does give long lectures (you will have to stay entire class) her tests are super easy though! Just like the review and all online, there are about 100 questions on the review (she picks 75) and all of the answers can be found on google. One project, but it was super easy, and for the written test she tells you what to study! Easy A..

Loves to talk about commercials. She is a sweet woman who cares about the subject but beware of the group assignment that she assigns towards the end of the semester. I normally just do other classes homework during her lecture. She doesn't seem to care only because she's enthused about her own lecture. Easy class though, I recommend.

Do everything, it is helpful as well. Make friends and work on the review together, it elevates stress. Make sure they are good students, b/c one slow guy ruins it all. Lots of work, but easy stuff.

I strongly recommend that you choose another instructor. Tests are online and time-consuming; 100+ questions unrelated to the material she covers in class. Attendance is mandatory. She lectures past the time allotted for class and shows off her ad collection every chance she gets which is not only unhelpful but long and daunting.

She is a really nice lady. Class is extremely easy overall. Attendance helps with final grade although during class you will be able to catch up on any other assignments you may have. Her lectures are interesting and she teach w PP but none of it is useful for the test. The test are online but just hook up with your groups & take the exam together

Professor McKay is great. The class itself wasn't very interesting to me but I decided to take it as an elective after being successful in the 3369 class. The workload is similar to 3369:3 hw assignments,3 exams,1 major project. The ad campaign was time consuming but nothing you shouldn't be able to handle. Exams changed but she helped us succeed.
