I feel bad leaving this review, because hes a really nice guy. However he doesnt seem to really care about his job. All assignments are random and poorly explained. Takes weeks to give back grades from anything. Ive sent him 6 emails this semester and hes responded to none. Im paying a lot to get a bad education.

He was really a Professor who prioritized in-person class discussions and the bouncing of thoughts rather than tests! I took him as a dual enrollment class and would definitely take his class again along with recommending it. The work he gives is enough to get you thinking but it's really manageable. Gave good and encouraging feedback!! :)

Hes an amazing professor! He made me love Psychology. Hes good at teaching and if you didnt understand, hell do all he can to help you. I would definitely take any other classes that he is teaching. By far, the best professor at QCC.

He s one of the best proffesors at Qcc. He really wants you to do well in his class if you show that you care about the subject he ll help you. I was not that good of a student and he noticed that i was having difficulties in his Class and helped me get an A in that class. Would defenitly reccomend him to anyone

Great guy! The class consisted of lectures and films! He was good on letting us out a little early each day. Group project at the end of the semester, but is willing to work with you if you would rather do it individually which was nice! He is lenient, understanding, and overall a great professor. Would definitely take him again!

Really nice, down to earth, easygoing guy. No tests except for one take home final exam. Homework was always critical thinking, which is basically your opinion. His teaching style was more interactive because he likes to have his students participate, so it is probably not the best class for people who like to just take a test and leave.

Psychology 158 - Human Relations and Organization was instructed by Paul LaCava. He is a really awesome instructor! Take home tests! Alot of class participation. Good guy! I would definitely recommend this class and this instructor to other people!
