Comment:
She make this class dry and boring. Her lectures are dull and monotone. I've never had trouble staying present during class. But she loses me. She assigns a lot of reading and then sometimes completely skips over parts of it and then goes into GREAT detail with little notes that are really irrelevant. She is simply not a good professor.

Comment:
Professor Nelson is very clear in her teachings. Although I studied very hard, I felt inadequately prepared for the test. I did not realize how hard a Professional responsibility test could be made until I started reading her test and realized I was not prepared enough for it. I think my fortune was the curve.

Election law. Doesn't teach the basics of the law, you should be a political science major. Exam class, but must do a paper/presentation for an undetermined % of your grade. Not curved, but difficult exam and does not grade favorably despite the small class size. If you are looking for a good elective, look elsewhere.

Professional responsibility is a very dull subject that requires lots of study. The exam was filled with multiple choice questions that were more difficult than the ones that show up on the MPRE! Study hard or take another professor!

Comment:
Professor Nelson was great. Easy to get along with, crystal clear presentation. Pro Ro is a hard subject, though, so don't expect to coast. Miss a class and you miss A LOT. Her final covered EVERYTHING, and there were quite a few people who didn't finish. She's also extremely HOT, which was a big plus in my book.

Comment:
Professor Nelson is good. The problem is that Professional Responsibility is kind of a dull subject. Anyway, if you want a nice teacher, take her. But be warned - take good notes in class. The final was not easy - she made the final so that it covered practically everything we had learned. So don't miss class.
