He divides the final mark into smaller %s: 3 gr. projects, mid-term, final, class contrib., group assess. and you end up with more than 50% weight of the final mark in the hands of others. His first year teaching with Woodsworth, have to say i was pleasently surprised by his passion and knowledge for the subject. Like's to get the class involved.
