Bob's Constitutional Law class is so much fun. He's very open to helping students and will work with you if you need help. His lectures are clear and the moot court at the end is an interesting take on the final project. If I could, I would take all of his classes!

Despite several of the problems I had with the professor himself throughout the semester, it is not a terrible class if you do the work/reading. However, several students of our class had to go to a higher power to attempt to get his grades changed since he graded extremely hard and did not go by his syllabus at all.

All I can say - DO NOT listen to the other users on this site. Bob is one of the best teachers and sweetest people I've ever been around. I just did Moot Court yesterday and it was honestly a great experience. I'm going to take as many of his classes as I can.

I always thought Professor Seddig was a bit of a joke. I found his condescending behavior especially curious considering that another professor in his department turned down the President's position. He will pick favorites (with a majority of them typically being female), but fortunately, his class isn't hard. Just learn the material on your own.

Quirky and enjoyable, especially in a smaller class. Can probably come off as distant in larger classes. A little dry, but it just contrasts to the hilarity. Loves his dogs. I would recommend him to someone interested in the topic that is willing to work for it.

Professor Seddig is absolutely hilarious. He has a great personality and definitely makes constitutional law fun and approachable. If you need help, just go in to his office hours! If you just make an effort to participate in class and understand the material, you should not have a problem.

Fantastic professor. Keeps the class on topic and is very willing to answer questions. He's a bit dry, though, so if you don't have interest in the subject matter, you may no enjoy his class. Sadly, he's retiring soon, apparently.

Professor Seddig is one of the best educators at Allegheny. He's very passionate about his topic, and loves to share that passion with others. His FS made me want to get up and drag myself to class at 8 am. He is a fair grader and likes to involve students in Constitutional Law through things like Moot Court sessions and writing Court opinions.

If you are truly interested in Constitutional Law, he is your man. He knows everything there is to know and more about this subject, and he's been teaching for so many years that he knows the material like the back of his hand. He does have a tendency to pick favorites, but if you sit up front and actively participate, you won't have a problem.

Completely confusing man. Picked favorites in class - grading system made absolutely no sense. Exams contained material not covered in readings or class. This man made me regret wanting Political Science as a major.

Professor Seddig is challenging, no doubt. There is a TON of reading, and you never know what will be on exams. As long as you read ALL the assignments, you'll be fine. For instance, if you're taking the test, you usually only have to know snippets of info, main ideas, not major details. He's a little strange, but he'll help you if you need it.

mean, evil old man. He tells you what he wants, and when you do it, he STILL finds tidbids to criticize. Stay on his good side or you will not do well because he holds grudges. Thinks he can decide who should/not be a lawyer. Bad pre-law advisor. I used to want to be a lawyer til I took his class.

While the class can be interesting and he knows A LOT about the subject, I find him very unapproachable. He doesn't seem to enjoy helping us outside of class and seems bothered by his students. Perhaps I just don't know him well enough. He's not the evil man ppl. on here make him out to be but he certainly is very tough and cold.

Seddig is an intelligent man but very cold, unapproachable, and biased. I found him completely uninterested in helping me or being less stressful. I'm a hard worker that's not the problem. I did pretty well in the course but Seddig really isn't a good professor. Take him only if interested in his courses.
