he is so boring he puts himself to sleep. you cannot understand what he says and his quizzes/midterm/final are not written in proper english. his lectures are straight from the book so you do not even need to show up for class. he has no clue what's going on and if you ever need help, he will only confuse you more. definitely DO NOT take him!!

I don't understand this class. Either you get 100% on the quizzes or you completely fail. Unfortunately, I didn't do so well. His accent didn't bother me since I've had professor with much thicker accents but he was absolutely terrible with explaining the topics. If I tried to ask for help, he would get frustrated and repeat the same thing. I

Outstanding teacher! His Polish accent makes him a little tough to understand but, you get used to it. You can tell he loves his job and does his best to keep it interesting with personal stories. Everyone else here obviously failed his class, it was sweet, easy, and learned a lot.

Moskwa is a friendly, smart, & enjoyable if you get to know him him personally. But I sincerely believe he is past his prime. Class always started 10 minutes late, he spent too much time on a singular topic, & his lectures lacked clarity. For the sake of future students, please look into a new professor to teach international economics.

I hated this class. All we did was look at publisher-provided powerpoint slides of the textbook, day in and day out. Often absent during office hours. No feedback on exams -- just the number 2 or 3 written next to an exam question. There is no point in showing up to class, just read the book and make better use of your time elsewhere.

Professor Moskwa is a nice and funny guy. He does have a hard time making himself understood sometimes, but it's clear he knows what he's talking about. While I wouldn't want to have him for ever Econ class, I don't mind him for the most part.

A horrible teacher and a horrible person. If you do poorly and try to talk to him about it he insaults your intelligence instead of helping you out. Classes are long, boring, and pointless. As boring as reading the book is, it is much more exciting than listening to him speak for an hour 15 minutes.

Complete waste of time. Worst professor in the department. His lectures are a challenge to stay awake, let alone trying to figure out what he's saying. The only benefit is that his tests follow the book. So although you may not know what concept he will integrate into his tests from the huge book, theoretically if you know everything you're ok.

Moskwa is a really goofy guy. he is a little hard to understand, but he does get his message across. His quizzes and tests are tricky sometimes, so its helpful to study, and his notes are straight out of the book. So take a highlighter and highlight what he covers. He is very helpful outside of class, go to office hours if you need help.

he's a really overly intelligent man, but has trouble with english which makes it hard for him to teach and get his message by...finals are easy, but there are so few grades that they count a whole lot for each, so if you laze off for one test, you're screwed

The topic should have been great--comparative econ systems, but Moskwa made it the dullest thing ever. Rather than focusing on the actual topic of the class, he made us go over the meaning of GDP, GNP, and everything else you should already know. I couldn't stay awake in the class--spare yourself.
