I got an A at the end of this course because I worked very hard in her class. However, I have to say that she is definitely not a good prof, and her attitude is bad. She gives me an impression that she doesn't enjoy teaching and she dislikes most of the students. I had an awful time in her course. If you are here to learn, don't take her course.

Mme can be a hard marker with regards to written assignments, but I found that she was overall fair. Clear outline of the course was followed, never any surprises on tests, would stay back to answer questions and always happy to try and clarify. She's actually hilarious and really cares. Overall solid prof and would definitely recommend over others

if you have to choose between this teacher or another go with the other. I took Advanced Oral Com with her and shes a tough grader. Shes tough in ways that is very unfair and that will piss you off. Shell give you a grade that you dont deserve. Participation is mandatory. But if you dont participate for one class, say goodbye to 1-2 percent

This professor is not as harsh as other french professors at york; however, she does not explain things well and has high expectations. Everything is vaguely explained including her corrections to your work. I would not recommend as I feel like I left the course having learned nothing. Also she assigns too much homework for a 2nd year course

A great teacher who will help you learn and progress in your understanding of French. Very accessible and willing to assist you both during and outside of office hours. Assignments can be tough and it is critical that you complete all homework assignments, but overall, a positive experience.

Mme Morrison is by far the best French prof I have had so far. However, she is tough and a hard marker. Be prepared to work very hard. My tips: -Always speak french (she gets mad when you speak English). -Ask questions for clarification if needed. She will stop her lesson and try to explain. -Participate. She appreciates effort.

Definitely the best French teacher I have had at YorkU. Very helpful, and she cares about her students. I have been taking French at York at four years. If you have her, than you are lucky!

Definitely the best french prof I've had at York. Unlike many of the weirdos at the french department, she's very organized, detailed, helpful and also very clear in her expectations. Study, occasionally participate in class, do the homework, ask questions and you will do well.

Mme.Morrison is my new favorite french prof at york!! Unlike many other profs, she is very organized. Just don't miss class, do your assignments and you will for sure get a good mark. She is very patient and does not make you feel discouraged when you don't know an answer. VERY APPROACHABLE AND KIND. very stylish too!!!

Morrison is concise and clear, the exception to the unorganized french professor syndrome. What style! Do your homework and the course will be the best thing that ever happened to you. Such useful knowledge! I used everything I learned to get a better mark in other courses.
