This professor is a very nice guy to be honest but his problem is lots of messy (lots of instructions, lots of messy uploads, lots of articles, his instructions are not clear).

He really takes his class too seriously, for group projects he makes you have zoom sessions every week, and provide a weekly update. he spends more time on contracts signing how many hours you'l dedicate per week, vs actually doing something productive. He is very pretentious, and has a very big ego. He gets easily offended, and has a lo of sass.

Claude knows his stuff & isn't a bad prof, but lectures like we're all excited to be new Enterprise Architects. Frankly much of the course content is boring, his exams don't give enough time (80 mins for 80 Q's) & are mostly based on content in the slides & book. Has high expectations, which can be trouble if you're in a group with lazy members

Claude is by far the best prof I have ever had. He is really passionate and emphasizes that you are successful. He is also very understanding and is accessible if you need help - but you obviously need to ask for it. I see many ppl complaining who frankly are looking for an easy pass without the effort. The key is you have to make an effort and ask

In my four years of Ryerson, I had my share of bad professors. Claude has exceed them all. This professor does not take the time to make sure students are understanding. His lectures are of him going off topic and yelling at students who ask questions. My group had emailed him plenty of emails for the project and we didn't even get proper response.

This guy is the worst professor I had in my life. I REPEAT the worst. I REPEAT the worst. I REPEAT the worst professor in my life. His organization skills are non-existent. Take this course in the summer, take it next year, take it 2 years later, just do yourself a favour and don't take it with Claude.

This prof is the worst I've ever had in my 4 years at Ryerson. Does not reply to emails and refuses to teach about anything relevant to the class and tests. This is one prof I would recommend you avoid at all costs.

Good luck trying to pass this course. You'll need the prof's textbooks, slides, articles. Mt and final are extremely hard. HIGHLY recommend another prof for this course.

I'm not sure what I learned from this class. You have to study everything by yourself. Just study the textbook and his notes. The prof is very rude and not willing to help you.

This man is too strict. Gave us folders and we had to hand in our assignments in it like were in elementary school. Also, he had a set side you need to put it on and if you accidentally put it on the wrong side he won't grade it. I was like are you crazy plus during lectures he goes on about his personal life and won't explain the material properly

He does not know how to teach or teaches you anything in the class. Just his tangents. No help for the labs as he himself does not know the software. His instructions are never clear. He won't mark assignments/labs when you are told to redo them. Not sure why Ryerson keeps him around. Worse Prof in my 4 years! Buy the book and learn yourself

Claude Sam Foh was the biggest mistake I've made in my four years at Ryerson. I've dealt with bad professors but never have written a bad review because they had upsides but Claude was absolutely the worst. He would go on tangents not related to the course at all. He basically chats nonsense to seem like he know's what he's doing avoid at all costs

1) For midterm and final, there is material from the textbook that he never covers in class. He posts guidelines/chapter questions on D2L in terms of what you need to read from each chapter. You need to read his slides + textbook 2) Marks tough for the assignments/labs. 3) Group project as others have said, is taken quite seriously for only 10%.

Professor is very passionate about material. However, didn't always seem to be relevant to a multiple choice midterm and final. Weekly case study and only one marked at random. Honestly, you pretty much have to teach yourself the material, so might be better for your time to take the online course instead. Very disorganized in time management.

Genuinely one of the worst professors I've ever had. He seems like a great guy who wants everyone to understand the topics but is unfortunately awful at teaching. He is awful at communicating, don't expect to receive clear emails. His assignments are graded in a very unclear way. His slides and resource organization are very poor. DO NOT TAKE!

Very motivated prof. One of the most qualified profs at ryerson. He wants the best for his students and treats them like professionals. Get ready to do lots of work with assignments and group project. Midterm and final is very fair. Study hard.

Claude has no idea what he is supposed to teach, emphasizes on completely random and irrelevant stuff. Have no idea how he marks everything. Theres a group project, weekly labs & exams. The midterm was out of nowhere, the final was however easier than i expected. He tracks your and group progress in his own way with a 'folder system'

Honestly, one of the most hectic professors at Ryerson for ITM-706. Unclear marking scheme, disorganized, there is no content on the slides. Takes the group project way too seriously, as if it is worth 50% of your mark but merely 10%. He gives out assignments and labs, they are marked way too hard for what they are worth. AVOID

He wants his students to really understand the concepts and how they apply when you're out in the real world. He's great with explaining concepts during his lectures, and he lets you redo labs and assignments until you get the mark you want. Exams are very content heavy though, he has a lot of additional resources so expect to actually study
