The lab tests are structured as hers were in graduate school. She talks as if she's teaching bio majors in graduate school. Don't eve try to answer her questions in class or lab, she will only degrade you if you're wrong. She expects one to know how to dissect a cat as if one is a professional. You will have all lab exams on students cats.

Dr. Fox, not helpful and hardly lectures. Gives study guide but non of the information on study guide will be on exams. Beyond difficult exams, no extra credit. Goes on tangents and yells at class for not knowing everything.

Teacher obviously knew her subject, but many students find it difficult to understand her, hence the high withrawal rate from her class when I attended.

Extremely impatient, and seemed annoyed with questions. She is unapproachable and cold, extremely detailed and a VERY hard grader. In giving her credit where credit is due, the lecture tests/practicums are consistent with the study guides. If you have nothing but free time in the summer, take her...because this class will consume you!

SHE IS AN AMAZING TEACHER. All the work is presented in a manner that is set up to help you succeed. Like all classes, if you stay on top of the work and study regularly you'll be fine. Human anatomy is not an easy subject so if you don't study and put forth an effort it will be hard.

Do not take her! If you are trying to get into a medical program, take someone else. Her grading system is a joke, study notes are 50/50, she is rude and expects the class to know everything. She thinks she is teaching at a pre-med school.

good professor, must study!! Can get an A if attend all lectures and study off her guide. She gives hints during lecture on what will be the essay questions(listen hard!) She knows the material well, and will answer your questions if you have looked it up first and still don't understand. Extra credit questions on every test help out with grade

She does not teach well. Rude and impatient. I felt extremely lost in her class. Her study guides do not help and are confusing. If you have a question do not ask because she will not help, she will only make you feel horrible about asking in the first place. She is a nice lady however i do not think she cares about her students or about them learn

Yes, she's hard, but she's fair. Eat, breathe, sleep with her study guides, and you'll do fine. I took her in the summer, and got an A- (I didn't sleep for 5 weeks, but it was worth it). Love her screwball corny sense of humor. She's upfront and honest, and gets frustrated when people aren't keeping up with material. Take her and learn something.

unapproachable, but still a nice lady...only real issue with her is that she teaches more than one class at separate colleges and she gets her classes mixed up. It doesn't sound like a huge deal, but she'll give a test on one thing, forget what information she lectured to which class. its a big deal when your grade determines entrance in RN program

she is a nice woman, but very impatient. be prepared to work and study your butt off... the majority of the bad comments posted here are bc they didnt try their BEST. if you study EVERY day (no lie) then you will actually understand the material and do just fine. good luck!

I took this class during spring 2010. Ms. Fox is a really nice lady, and I?m just glad that I took this class with her. Class wasn?t too hard. Extra credits, which helpfully contributed to my A, are offered on tests. Review guides were very helpful in preparing for exams. If required I would definitely take another Anatomy class with Ms. Fox.

I took this class Spring 2009. She was unhelpful and unapproachable. I never felt facilitated. She lectured as if the class was familiar with anatomy already(more than studying the chapters). She got really annoyed with anyone who asked a question or needed clarity. I failed her class. I am retaking it in summer now with Dr. Erik Kolb. I have a B

Dont take this class in summer, except you know all this stuff already or your grades are not important to you. There is alot to learn and Prof Fox is a nice person, but she seems alittle impatient and seems not to enjoy answering questions, which is a little strange for a teacher. If you are smart you will do well though!Summer semester made it worse

Very challenging class. Barely passing. I'm on the verge of a Dt/C. Be prepared to work your ass off from day one. Study guides very detailed but helpful for the exams, so do them! Lab tests difficult. Lecture exams not so bad. Averaged a D on just about every exam. One B and one C. I advise not to take her if you r taking a full load. Pray hard.

Up front about class first night. Obviously prior reviewers weren't listening. If she wants a diff answer from the book she TELLS you but again you have to listen. The main issue in my class was that people wouldnt listen and one was very rude too. Point blank makes you learn your stuff. Great teacher that has not been given due credit
