Going to be as nice as I can at first, he was very nice and always available via email or teams. HOWEVER the weekly changing of the syllabus, along with the loads of work with no explanation or guidance was unacceptable. So much work, no direction or even clear instruction. Often cancelled class, not that sitting in class was helpful to begin with

He is a nice guy but should not be a professor. He does not teach anything and expects people to know the material before we even mention it in class. His idea of teaching is going over problems that we have not learned yet. Avoid him if you can. The only saving grace to taking him is the curves you will get since the tests are so hard.

He uses a "flipped classroom," so basically, you are paying $4,500 to teach yourself the entire course and then have him grade your tests. He has a thick accent so his lectures are a little difficult to understand, and they're SUPER boring, but he's a nice guy and will provide help if you need it.

Murtuza cares for his students and tries his best, but will leave you a little confused at times. But if you ask him a question he will happily clear things up. He gives you packets every class and yes you will have to teach yourself, but its manageable. His reviews for the midterm and final are key to doing well STUDY THEM! 2 easy projects too.

Athar is a great guy, but terrible teacher. I don't want to be mean, but his accent is very hard to understand. He just hands out packets in class and expects you to teach yourself. He answers questions, but doesn't explain answers. His reviews for the exams are also lackluster.

He is a very nice professor and he CARES about us. He will answer your question patiently. Once I was ill and could not go to class, he gave me a can of tea!!! I still can't forget!!! I love him TAKE HIS COURSE!!!

Murtuza really cares about his students and loves teaching, he is also extremely nice and will help you anyway you need. However he is very very difficult to understand, he possess no organization ability. I do not feel I learned much and always felt the department exams were too difficult for me. From a class perspective there was not much work.

Extremely unorganized. Not timely with handing back grades from anything else besides tests. Reads off a packet each lecture as his lesson. You come out very unprepared for the departmental exams (which are tricky). Expectations in class are unclear. Take anyone else but him. You won't learn anything and you'll struggle on the tests.

Professor is extremely helpful, will come to campus on off days. Keep in mind he lives about 3 hours away. Honestly, provides so much material which compensates for your possible difficulty of hearing him. He is a nice man and REAL. Take him as your professor you will not be disappointed, just do the work, come to class, & use the power-points.

Murtuza will work with you to make sure you learn. He will let you take the test on another day if you feel unprepared or are unavailable during the night time exams. He wants you to learn the material more than he cares about testing you on the material. Anyone who gave him a poor rating honestly didn't try or pay attention to him.

Murtuza is a bro! Always willing to help. Sometimes his handwriting is hard to read on the board and he talks kindof quietly. All you have to do is ASK HIM TO REPEAT and he always will because he genuinely cares. Ask for help during or outside of class and he'll even schedule extra office hours. He had Sat & Sun hours during finals week for us.
