Hard to understand and not willing to help you understand. However if you try you can learn from his lecture. His test are short and easy.

2nd worst professor I ever had!(see Andrew Boroweic) Mumbles, digresses, talks to the board. Do not worry about reading the book Dr. Chu will read it to you and try to pass it off as a lecture.

Comment:
Heavy accent. Lectures consisted of copying problems out of book onto the board. Tests were similar to problems in book; formula sheets were permitted. Found I learned more by skipping the lectures to go read the book in the library. Not very approachable in my experience.

Has a bit of a thick accent that must be adjusted to (asian). Exams were not too dificult, but lectures are not too helpful. Curving in the course is used. Overall, would recommend finding another professor if you want to learn the material better.

All he did was copy examples out of the book, and that was the lesson. No teaching whatsoever. The tests weren't hard, but the class awful.
