Comment:
Worst professor EVER. He said our midterms would be multiple choice and then changed them to long-answer with zero warning. Uses archaic formulas for logic that use completely arbitrary symbols, yet he marks them as wrong if they're not perfectly aligned with his. Literally zero direction in the course, jumped all around the textbook. Avoid!!!!!

Worst professor I have ever had. I received marks in the 80s all semester just to have my mark dropped by 25% along with everyone else on the final examination (worth 50%). He has not explained why marks were deducted, or even released our marks for the final examination. Brian is rude when answering questions, and will make you feel dumb. AVOID!!

This will be the Hardest class you will take in university. I dont know if it was because he hasnt done an online class before but he would not answer questions and never gave feedback on quizzes was very difficult to learn from mistakes. Final was only 10 questions and it dropped my mark by a very large percentage along with many other students

Very difficult class online. He gives no feedback and rarely answers questions over email. Made the final out of 10 marks even though it was worth 50% overall. The people I talked to had their mark dropped by 20% or more from the final. I would not recommend this prof. to anyone who enjoys learning as he makes it difficult to do so.

If you get this professor drop his class unless you want a mark below 80 because that is a guarantee based on his lack of feedback and very very harsh marking to make sure the average is around 60

Seems like he wants students to fail. Dont ask questions he seems to hate answering them aswell. If you are looking to get above an 80 in this class dont take it. He made sure people got 60s or 70s by doing a 10 question final short answer out of 10 marks and he marked them how he chose. Very difficult and frustrating class.

He was a pretty solid guy. Doesn't offer lots of feedback on how you do on quizzes unless you show him that you are working on figuring it out yourself. A lot of my peers did not like that, but I really enjoyed his class! If you are willing to put in the work, you will likely do well :) his lectures are a little dry so be warned.

Not interested in helping you in any way, won't answer questions and when he does the answer provides you with no useful information. Asked him if he could provide me with the file numbers which he thought would be most beneficial to study for the final exam, his reply was "I am not going to do that for you, things are labelled clearly enough".

Makes the lectures engaging via humor, definitely not a very difficult class, no assignments to do. He emphasized truth tables because that's basically one of the midterms, but he made sure we understood it. And had office hours to attend if you wanted. Cell phones & laptops not allowed in class, you could get special permission though if you ask.

Took this online. He is easy to understand and the lectures are important to attend so I would recommend not skipping. I didnt do so well on the first midterm but most will find it easy. Definitely do the homework and practice assignments. He responds quickly to emails and is great overall. He wants his students to succeed. Thanks Dr. Zamulinski!

Dr. Zamulinski is a great professor. His lectures can be a bit bland at times, however for the most part they were pretty good. He makes it very clear on what will be tested, with the lectures before the exams sometimes consisting of practice problems and step-by-step procedures. I would recommend taking his class.

This prof is a good lecturer and is easy to follow. Test are fair and related to course content. He is also very opinionated and bias on certain topics which is not ideal for a class on critical thinking. He thinks everyone should NOT have a right to their own opinion which is a violation of freedom of expression.

Lectures are a little dry, but attendance helps a lot because his slides are sometimes vague and differ from views in the textbook. He is quirky and wants you to do well. 50% of the class received over 90 on the first exam but marks DO drop after. Great prof

He was a really great professor. Make sure you attend lectures, as his content begins to differ from textbook and his slides are supplementary to what he says in class. Overall the class will make you a better and more rational thinker, which benefits other classes significantly. Definitely one of the best classes you can take!

Excellent professor, made the subject matter ridiculously easy to understand. Has a dry sense of humour and is somewhat opinionated on some subjects. Would definitely recommend as a mark booster (he actually tries to make tests that students will get the highest possible marks).
