Comment:
He talks to you like he's yelling at you, gives quizzes on things you've never learned, and assigns projects where the grade you can earn doesn't even sum up to 100%. Prepare to be frustrated. Supposed to be an easy course, but he makes it near impossible to get an A.

Comment:
Everything the person above said. To the whole class he just likes to hear himself speak and so he orates, very dryly. One on one, however, he is extremely helpful. It involves many hours at a computer for the homeworks, but the class is conceptually easy so you'll be fine- just beware of his grading scheme.

Comment:
The only professor for CAD / Sophomore design, so there's no way around that. His expectations of the students are unreasonably high, and getting an A is practically impossible unless you can read his mind. Homeworks can be challenging and the graders are very picky. No exams, but there are 2 big projects. Easy class with frustrating grading.

Comment:
Has an unusually hard grading curve, getting an A is impossible. Lectures are a complete waste of time and brutally boring but he takes attendence. Bringing my PSP to class is the only thing that keeps me from going insane listening to him talk. Nobody in the world likes to hear himself talk more than this guy.

This guy is a complete jerk off. He need to get a life. All he does in class is read useless stuff that has nothing to do witht the homework. he has no experience whatsoever and does things that are not even close to reasonable in engineering. Too bad you have to take the class.

Comment:
Keefe is a pretty good guy. This course is supposed to be a NON-auto cad class, but every homework uses solidworks. no tests, but homework is 40% of the grade. my advice is to show up to class (cus he takes attendance) and then leave about 10 minutes in (i did this and proceeded to go finish my homework due the following week). Easy B, hard A.

Mr. Rogers Strikes again! An unavoidable bane of Mech e existence. "This is not a complex math course", umm riiiight. Lecture doesn't help with homework, homework doesn't help with exams and the project is a load of crap that requires more business knowledge than we have.

Mr. Rogers! Just look at the sweaters. HW long and tedious. This is NOT an AutoCAD course, but 80% of your grade is straight CAD that he doesn't teach. He sometimes gives bonuses to people who show up on the non-quiz lecture day (drop a quiz or hw)
