Excellent teacher! Fun class and you can tell she really cares about her students. However, if you don't like talking in front of people, don't take this one! Easy assignments but lots of public speaking/presenting. One of the only classes I never missed! No textbook this year (new), so hopefully that will continue. Welcoming and warm.

One of the best professors i've ever had. Likes you to completely get rid of all electronics during class which is great. Wants you to be present in the moment and actually engage and learn about yourself. Participated in class activities that actually were interesting. I loved this class!!!! She inspires students to be happy for who they are.

Mrs. Levine is an awesome teacher who makes the class exciting and interesting. She would reward students who come to class on time by giving out pop quiz that is very simple. If you are going to take her class, be prepare for multiple of group projects with your classmate. There was not many tests in her class but participation matters.

Levine was an amazing professor. Taking her my fall semester of my freshman year made my transition to college much easier. We did a lot of group projects as well as a lot of soul searching. My favorite assignment was the Bucket List Project. We watch movies, go on campus field trip and do easy homework assignments. She's a professional clown too!

I went to Paris with Linda&David this summer to take 2 upper division courses. This class (RECL111) is an area S course. Class in Paris is NOTHING like boring lectures at SJSU. The course is about leisure, culture & identity, and we learned about the many cultures within Paris OUTSIDE of the classroom. EASY A! PLEASE be a part of this experience!
