I got B+ with her, but I delivered great essays and studiede a lot. I think that I deserve an A, but she is so hard grading. She would never admitt that a person like me, (I was born in Argentina and spanish is my first language), can have very good english skills. I don't understand why I did not get an A. However, she is a good teacher.

She is so pickyyy and graded the papers hard. She will point out every single flaw. DO NOT TAKE HER!!! She is rude and only likes the students who are amazing and treats the others with no respect. One good thing is that if you do attend class you will never have to read the the books cause everything is taught in class.

Dr Dick is quite demanding. She has unwritten rules on what is appropriate, correct and discuss-able and not. She also has a scary undercurrent of bitter unfeeling towards anyone who is having trouble. But, she knows what she is talking about, delivers a fine lecture, goes to extremes to grade papers in a timely manner, and is a stickler for MLA.

i got an A in her class, but i can see why people hate her. she's very very stringent, which doesn't fit in with the other slackers at mercy (i mean the teachers and admin) she's good if you're an english pro. i learned some stuf. but i'm glad i don't have to take her again.
