Easiest class of my life, the assignments are the exact same as Comm 101 so if you had her for that you won't have to do any work at all. Didn't learn anything but got an A

Lots of reading required. She assigns 4 or 5 books throughout the term and assigns papers for each. Midterm and Final were both take-home and comprised of writing 3 separate essays for each. Go to class, participate in discussion, watch movies, and write essays. That's all. She might not even read the essays. Just don't be dumb.

Gebhart is my favorite professor, what you learn in her class you will likely use at your Co-op. Easy class if you pay attention to her emails. Make sure you pick good group members.

Professor Gebhart's COMM-101 class was my favorite class this term. She taught all of the material extremely well, and there was never any confusion. She is the best. She quickly responds to all emails and is there for any questions if you have any.

Gebhart is the best. Show up to class, participate and do the essays the way she wants them. She is extremely helpful and will always be there for you. Don't be one of those who sit and wait for others to participate. A+ prof

She is extremely nice, and the class is very easy. However, I feel as if more could be learned from the course with another professor. If you want an easy course, I recommend her. If you want to learn as much as you can, take someone else.

Prof. G is known as the "easy" professor for humanities or comm, and I after taking this class, I would agree. If you show effort and consistency in your work, she will grade fairly. The grades Business majors receive are no different than the ones Engineering majors get. Really quick responses via email if you have questions.

If you read the material or the sparknotes quizzes you'll pass. On my third essay I started writing sarcastically and off-topic because she wasn't grading them anymore. I think the most profound question asked all class was "Did anybody actually read the story?"

Take this class. Even if it messes up your schedule. Probably the easiest A at kettering. Go to class and take the spark note quizes. She canceled our midterm and our final and she didnt show up to 4 classes

Had her for both Comm 101 and Comm 301, great prof for both classes. She brags a lot about how much she knows, and sometimes it can be a bit much, but it's not horrible. Mini-thesis is done in groups, making it a lot easier, especially for the presentation. If you can even barely write and can follow directions, you'll get a good grade.

Super easy class, although I frankly can't stand her. She is really ego-centric and I mostly wanted to strangle her. Her quizzes, tests, and projects are completely cribbable. The class is completely content-free; it is all about formatting. Match the syllabus she provides for each assignment and you will net an A with no effort whatsoever.

Easy, but need to take notes and study to pass quizzes. Somewhat arbitrary grading scale. BUY THE APA REFERENCE BOOK AT BARNES AND NOBLE SO YOU CAN RETURN IT! She only wants to see you bought it, but will never use it in or out of class.

Not a hard class. She doesn't know what she's doing. Had a final with the same two questions repeated twice. Copy and Pastes her quizzes from the spark notes practice quiz. If you are ok at writing essays you can read the book during the quizzes.

I highly recommend Prof. Gebhart for the early COMM and HUMN courses. If you took AP English classes in high school and show up to every class, it'll be a cakewalk and you'll get an A. Class discussion can be as invigorating as you make it. Just read your Sparknotes, show up to every class, participate, and get your A.

SO EASY!! We didnt read ANYTHING! all we did was watch the movies for every story. I think we watched movies every day except for a handful. Her quizes are the quizes from Spark Notes. Study Spark notes and Ace. Not many papers either... not a hard grader!

Awesome professor. Very easy class, but you learn a lot and still have to do the work. Enjoyable to go to, lots of group work. She grades easy if you did all of your work on the papers/presentations. Highly Recommended!
