Hour and twenty-five minute lecture but he made the whole thing entertaining. The guy is funny and has a passion for what he is teaching. Three tests that are 75 question multiple choice. He gives "pop quizzes" that are about 12 multiple choice questions that will determine how much extra credit you receive for the exam. Funny guy, great class.

Easiest class I've ever taken. I took it passfail for credit and got an A. No homework, an optional paper, and three multiple choice exams. Go to class and take simple notes. And though he's old, he's pretty cool. Nerdy, but cool.

Professor Morgan is a quirky man, but very involved in his work which compliments his long lectures. Only 3 exams (optional final paper- i didnt do it). Pop quizzes come before each test and these are very important because it helps your exam grades! He records classes on tape, but if you skip youll lose the chance of extra credit. Tough 100 level.

Smart, enthusiastic and inspirational. Loved his class. Went into it unsure of the topic and my major, left the class with a breadth of knowledge and wanting to be a comm major. Really knows his stuff and if you show up and take notes you are guaranteed a decent grade. There is also an optional extra credit paper for those who don't do as well.

Professor Morgan is a very hilarious professor and really shows interest in the subject. However, I went to meet with him 1 on 1 about an exam and he was very cruel and not willing to help me out. Comes off as a nice friendly guy but once you asked him for extra help he had no interest in helping you boost your grade.

Cool professor. Records his lectures for reserve at the library. Not too much work, there is a text and reading assignments but the don't have to be done. There is an optional paper to offset the heavy grading on the exams and final, but if you go to class you know the info because he stresses it.

He is a really great professor, really cares about the topics and helping students. Fair amount of scaling for each test (3 given in the semester) and a pop quiz before each exam, which adds extra credit! He is hilarious and enthusiastic, and definitely worth the time! Go to class even though he posts the slides up after.

He clearly loves and is passionate about the material he is teaching. Does his best to make a long lecture interesting. 3 exams, including the final. Gives pop quizzes before exams for extra credit. Tests can be a little tricky, but if you do the assigned readings and go to class, then you will be fine.

Amazing professor. Easy class to get an A in if you GO TO CLASS. Most students who do not go will suffer. He also gives extra credit quizzes usually before breaks when he knows students will skip. Highly recommend this class if you are interested in comm at all!!

If you're looking for an easy A or even an easy B do not take this class. The class is over an hour long and he talks extremely fast. He doesn't put everything you need to know on the powerpoints and is not helpful whatsoever. He does not care about students. Whatever you do, don't take this class.

Michael Morgan is the man! He makes my day and confirmed that I wanted to double major in Communication. People complain the material is boring but thats really up to the individual - I found it super interesting. He's a really funny, quirky guy that makes a 9:30 am A LOT of fun. The exams are pretty straightforward, altho long. Just study before.

Loved this professor! Such a nice guy and good sense of humor, too. He tries to make the material current and relevant. You definitely have to go to class to do well, but the tests are relatively simple as long as you pay attention in class and take good notes. Overall good professor and class!

Fun and zany guy. Tries to make the material fun and understandable. He was very approachable and interested in talking with students. Not the easiest professor in the department; only three exams though. Do the study guides and legitimately care for a few days beforehand and you'll be able to get an A. Attendance is not mandatory but you should go
