Ditor goes at a very slow pace so if you are lazy and are not passionate about math avoid this because this gives u the chance to slack and cram everything last min. I find him very confusing during his lecture and he doesn't do many examples in his notes and ended up learning everything on my own anyway.

Prof. Ditor jumps around a lot in lectures so it is very hard to follow along. He spends a lot of time deriving formulas and concepts and not how to apply them to new situations. He does a lot of examples but does not explain his reasoning behind what he is doing and just expects you to be able to figure it out. I would avoid if possible!!

BEST CALCULUS PROFESSOR AT WESTERN! I had him bot for calc 1000 and calc 1301! he was a great prof for both BUT FOR CALC 1301 HE WAS THE BEST!! he knows everything and he teaches you important stuff that will pop on the exam! he goes slow and takes his time with lots of in class examples! I did better in 1301 then 1000 coz i got used to him

The best 1301 calc prof out there in uwo. Our class had the highest midterm average this year. He picks out only the essential parts of the course and teaches it, unlike some other classes where they had to learn stuff that weren't even covered in the exam. May be confusing at times, but if you review your notes, you'll have no probs following..

Fairly incomprehensible lecturer. Spends much of the class time doing an example, before capping it off by saying we shouldn't do what he just did. Wastes time showing proofs and then skips right over actually teaching material

Old wise man calc professor. the mix of his seriousness during class and the few sarcastic jokes he cracks makes class enjoyable. extremely organized presentation of lecture material. he is a little dull during lecture, but he writes everything he says on the board. exams are fine and follow lecture notes well. very approachable and considerate

dr ditor is a prof with a personality. He brings it to the class and explains things with finesse. He appreciates teaching and is patient, kind, and quirky. He is part of the Emeritus Faculty but I hope that he'll keep teaching continually b/c he is a good prof.

Dr. Ditor, I must say that he is quite incompetent. I would have to say that it is not an easy course (Analysis) and that he was by far the worst professer i have ever had. I would not reccommend taking any course with him
