I absolutely loved his class-- so much so that I changed my career trajectory from getting a job right out of college to going to law school. He teaches in the Socratic method and pushes you to "think like a lawyer", or think a few steps ahead of your initial point, so you have to be prepared for the counterargument with which he will respond.

Professor Nesteruk is a very interesting and amazing professor! He really makes you think deeply in his law classes. If you get confused with your thoughts, that means he's doing his job to make you see in different perspectives. He is extremely helpful and you can definitely get an A if you participate and write precisely and clearly.

Comment:
Good guy and a good teacher the grading is just ridiculous 40% for a test 40% for a final paper and 20% participation isn't a good judge for how someone does in a class. Kind of attacks you when you participate cause he is a lawyer.

Sorta interesting, but the grades are insane. 20% for a paper at the beginning, 50% for a final paper, and 30% for class participation. Basically, your grade is based on how much he likes you. It's a shame... he seems like a nice guy, but he does come across at times a bit egotistic. Then again, he is a lawyer...

He is a great professor. However, anyone who says that he doesn't give a lot of work is obviously confused. In order to succeed in his class you need to work exceptionally hard.

Great prof. Not a whole lot of work, but he challenges you intellectually. Definitely take him for at least a semester
