Bad. Every single class is bad. She is unfortunately the only prof you can get for marketing classes, which is terrible and a turn off to the business department. She cannot effectively deliver a lecture or clear instructions on an assignment. All around, she shouldn't be a professor. Do not take her if you can avoid it, most cannot.

Unfortunately kettering univ does not have another professor that teaches the marketing classes. She is by far the worst professor anyone could have. There is a tonne of assignments and her instructions are totally useless and unclear.

For marketing, well I hoped for better. Hmwk is easy but there is a ton. Tests are okay but a bit ridiculous. Have to go to class to pass. She will flunk you after 2 unexcused absences. She knows her stuff, she just can't teach it to students. Sadly also she is the only one teaching this class. Just do it and you will be fine.

She did make the class difficult, however the assignments were basically worthless. They rewarded cramming and spewing information. Her lectures are more worthless than the online assignments as she fails to deliver any real information and tends to ramble for 2 hours each week. The final project is extensive and students are not prepared for it.

Play the Cayo Drinking game, easiest for online lectures (bonus points for in class gaming). Every time Professor Cayo uses the term "right here" incorrectly take a drink. 30 minute lecture module equates to about 3 beers.

The second worst professor I have had in my academic career. Expects you to write a marketing plan for your final assignment without ever showing an example of what one looks like. When following the example provided in the book, she takes away credit as it isn't what she was looking for. Has very poor public speaking skills and mumbles.

Class is boring. Tests are multiple choice with poor phrasing. Felt like I was just learning marketing vocabulary. Busy work and poorly made assignments. She is a poor speaker, difficult to follow. I had an interest in Marketing before taking this class.

One week worth of assignments: 5 separate 5 minute quizzes, 3 separate 15 minutes chapter quizzes (80 pages of reading total), participate 3 times in 3 discussions, 2 separate 2 page papers, and a group project. along with watching her 2 - 4 hours of video lecture. This is by far the most work I've had to do for an online business class. RIDICULOUS

Do not recommend this instructor. If you can take someone else. Obviously, really cares about marketing, but can't seem to teach it. The assignments are vague and confusing, probably would make sense to an undergrad marketing major. For a 2 unit class - very painful. I think she shouldn't teach any on-line courses.

This was a new class - Global Marketing. I felt like I left the class knowing more about marketing as a whole and how it applies in Multinational/ Global Markets. I highly recommend this professor for any class as she doesn't just sit and lecture, she uses case studies and projects to teach the course. A MBA approch in a undergrad setting.

Very good Prof! Uses alot of real life examples to make an intro class as exciting as it can get. Tests can be difficult (alot of terms), but it is good prep for moving on in marketing. Overall one of the most helpful profs at Kettering.

I recommend this class for your business savvy students. As a student business owner, I was able to apply the concepts learned in class to my company's marketing strategy. The class may be considered boring by others but you have to remember that the majority of the class plan to work for other people and overlook the value of the class.

Lectures are dull and sometimes confusing. Test questions are out of the book (word for word usually) and can be frustrating. Applies a curve to every test, easy to pass. Does a good job for an intro class.

Not a bad Prof. but requires ridiculous assignments for an online class. I've never been so frustrated in my life. Group essays in an online class??? I think she should be required to go through her class and then maybe she'd realize how impossible her assignments are.
