Dr. Miller is one of those really rare professors that are kind, genuine, and seriously good at what they do. He is approachable, learns your name by the second or third class, and really knows how to command a room. You can tell he really cares about his students and is always in a pleasant mood. Best chemistry professor you can have hands down.

Lets just say i'm not going to work for NASA but I was able to pass chem 27 because Randy Miller didn't give up on me. He was such a great teacher and I think very highly of him. There are few chemists that can teach chemistry as well as they understand it. He can.

Dr. Miller is by far the hardest working prof at CSUC. You must take this guy if you can. He meticulously grades homework, and does out of class reviews for each test. His tests are very difficult and you always run out of time so you must know the material very well. This is a time consuming class. Lecture is always very faced paced and fun.

Took this class for summer school. A lot of time involved and a lot of information but he is very helpful if you need it and makes things easy to understand. If you go to class, do the readings, do the homework, and put in some time to study you can get a good grade no problem! You just have to have the time!

Dr. Miller knows his stuff! Great professor. I would recommend him for chem 37. This is a hard class but you can do good if you do every homework assignment, go over your tests, and study in advance before tests. Chem is not my thing but he made it understandable.

Dr. Miller teaches to those who already have a good understanding of chem. If you are new to chem do not take 37 especially from Miller. For the most part he is a pretty nice guy, just a tough professor.
