Dr. Fisher is very passionate and knowledgeable about what he teaches. Human sexuality is a very applicable course for anyone. I would encourage all students who want to learn about being reasonably and responsibly sexual to take 2075. Youll do well if you put in the effort, go to lecture and read the chapters.

THE most ridiculous exams I have ever done. I've been at Western for 4 years and this was definitely my most frustrating classes yet. His exams literally all consist of multiple multiples, and every single question is multiple choice. He expects extreme memorization and puts little details on all the exams. I should've/wish I dropped it.

Prof Fisher is probably THE best I have ever had at Western. He is so interested in what he does and the content he teaches. I don't understand the comments about his exams being tough and his questions being worded to trick you. Literally the most straightforward exam ever. Just go to lecture and read the textbook and an A is VERY attainable.

Dr. Fisher is one of the best profs at Western. Not only is he a passionate and interesting lecturer, he is such a kind and compassionate human. It is clear that his students' health and well-being is of utmost importance and he is generous in allowing us to focus on self-care first so that we can present our best work in his course. 10/10

Dr. Fisher is a very passionate, and entertaining professor. I highly recommend taking this class! He is extremely knowledgeable in the topic, and if you need help he is there for you. His exams are pretty tough. He puts items from different topics together in the same question, and then adds in multiple multiples. Still enjoyed the course!

go to the lectures + do all the readings. pay attention to small details in text/lectures, and treat every exam question like a true or false (way easier to detect his sneaky wording this way). However info is relevant and useful, so i found studying for this easy. would 10/10 recommend this class to ANYONE. great/knowledgeable prof. 80+ attainable

great prof! loved this course, and found the context extremely useful/interesting, which makes a 3hr lecture not so bad. Dr. Fisher clearly loves what he does and is always happy to answer questions from students. Talks a lot about his own work and relevant info in todays society. reading the textbook and going to lectures is KEY to getting 80+

Mr. Fisher's class was full year human sexuality. I did attend all his lectures, but the material was always posted online. His exams were all multiple choice and if you read the textbook and paid attention to the lecture material you were fine! I found him very funny and he would always give a great explanation if you had questions.

He's a hilarious teacher and obviously loves what he does, and what he teaches. His lectures are long, but informative and essential to passing. His exams are only 50 questions, each worth 2% so you have to study and know the material well to pass. He also loves to talk about his own research.

I've had nothing but positive experiences in the classes I've taken with Dr. Fisher. For this class specifically, he led a great seminar class expanding on concepts introduced in 2075. He was always available when I needed feedback or clarity on how to progress on completing my final paper.

Lots to memorize and the exams are beyond difficult. Asks for the smallest details, such as stats and what people did. All exams are non-cumulative however all questions are multiple multiples. He is a great prof and is very helpful and approachable, but the exams are just too tricky. I don't advice anyone to take this course. Also lots of science.

Great course and a lot is learned. Expect tons of memorization. Usually 4 - 5 chapters per exam including lots of lecture slides. Exams are very tough with small details. Hard to get 90+, if not impossible. Not a bird course at all. It may be the hardest psych course at Western. Fisher just makes it harder than it should be. HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!

Overall a very tough course. 90 May be possible but definitely one of the hardest courses I have ever taken. The exam is impossible. 50 Multiple multiples and it is extremely detailed. Most memorization I have ever done. He takes the smallest possible detail from the textbook and lecture and puts it on the exam. Good prof but hard exams.

Dr.Fisher is a great prof. Unfortunately his exams are extremely tough. The smallest possible detail will be one their, and not to mention all 50 exam questions are multiple multiples. You really have to know the material inside out. He likes to talk about his research a lot, and you must know all the stats about his research. Lectures are awesome!

Hardest prof ever. Failed his last exam. I've never failed anything in my life. Phrasing of exam questions made to confuse you. All multiple multiples based on random stats from his own boring research. Lectures are painful to sit through. Slides consist of endless charts. Now I have to go through the stress/time of trying to drop without penalty.

Comment:
You know when you're studying for an exam and you come across some statistic or detail that is useless, barely relevant, forgettable, uninteresting, etc... And you don't bother memorizing because you assume "No reasonable prof would EVER base an exam question on this." Well lose that mindset. Exams are cruel. Studying almost seems pointless.

found the only way possible to make sexuality boring -- changed it all into charts. Attention is lost very quickly. Talks way to fast. Should add some fun into lectures. Talk about more than your own research.

Comment:
His exams are very tough. The amount of details he expects you to know for the exam is crazy. The smallest possible detail that he mentions in class will be on the exam. DONT TAKE THE COURSE, not with Fisher atleast. ONE OF THE HARDEST COURSES IVE TAKEN IN MY UNDERGRAD CAREER.
