Comment:
Dr Richter knows the material very well, but his teaching style was slow and probably incomplete. Exams are very hard and tricky. You need to know material 100% or MC questions will throw you. Course is hard and dry, I'd recommend an instructor that is better able to communicate material and not so hard in exams. Some errors while grading, too.

For the midterms, there were 30 MC + written which, if you spent 90 mins a week doing the readings you would be good for. For the written section, Each week, you go over 1 question in class. There will be an identical question on the midterm. The final is the same. 2 assignments worth 5% each are also identical to the in class problems. Easy A

As I am writing this review I am probably going to fail the class, however, this doesn't mean Kevin is a bad professor. Although his lectures can be boring and doesn't upload his slides, he cares about his class and is happy to answer questions. Also he tries his best to apply the theories taught and make this class more simplified.

I feel like self studying in this class. He is quiet that he confuses me at all the time. His test is likely hard and he doesnt teach me that much. I recommend you should go for Peter,he knows how to make you understand the lectures and what will be on his tests

Kevin is a nice guy, but he is a little quiet. It's hard to say anything bad about him. He's so nice, yet his tests and assignments may drive you insane. He will help you outside of class if you need it. Classes are mostly note taking, but there are a few times when you do some exercises. Some class discussions too. Not a bad teacher overall.

nice guy, voice is a little low tho.Very helpful in answering questions.Assignment and tests are easy. However, final is ridiculously difficult compare to the test and assignment,(30MC,8 written, finish in 2 hrs),not even one person in the class could finish the exam on time. However he is not a hard maker at all.

Probably one of the best econ prof's @ douglas! If you don't understand something he said just ask him and he'll keep explaining until you get it. Hands out lots of little assignments to help you understand the material which was very helpful!! Tests were fair and were very similar to assignments. Just read the txtbook and do all the assignments!

Exellent instructor. Text leaves a lot to be desired but thankfully Kevin gives good lectures and exercises that provide all the notes and information needed to do well on exams. Exams don't deviate from information provided in class. Thanks for that! Kevin makes economics real and understandable. Speaks low so you might want to sit close to front.

Comment:
This is the hardest course u will ever have to take and the dpt expects u to know it inside and out. On the bright side, Richter is an excellent teacher and will explain everything step by step. He is much better than that bag of wind Rod Midgley. Just attend all classes and don't screw around and u will get a decent grade.
